The Benefits of Reading

Reading is beneficial for many reasons. Reading keeps the mind mentally stimulated and prevents diseases such as Dementia and Alzheimer's by keeping the brain active. It also reduces induced by occurrences throughout daily life allows you to relax. Gaining knowledge is another benefit of reading because as you read, you learn all sorts of new information which can come in handy during challenges in life. It also expands the creativity of the mind from reading fictional and novel related books. Reading also improves focus and concentration. When we read something we think is interesting, we tend to aim all our attention on that one topic or story which strengthens the ability for our mind to focus.
